Anushka Sharma is a Bollywood actor as well as a producer. She is the highest paid actor in the industry and has been awarded for her performance. In order to prepare for the screening, Anushka Sharma spent all day. Later on she was signed for three films under Yash Raj Films banner. In the movie, she played a young woman who married a middle aged man (the role Shah Rukh Khan is playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. In 2010 Anushka Sharma was in the movie 'Badmash Company together with Shahid Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor. Das as well as Meiyang Chang. The movie received mixed review. Anushka played a role in a film called Band Baaja Baaraat with Ranveer who played the role of a middle-class who starts her own wedding-planning company. It received favorable reviews and proved to be a surprise hit. Anushka's 3-film contract at Yash Raj Films ended with the release of Band Baaja Baaraat.
